With their dogs watching over them this September, Didi and Eric were married as the sun set overlooking Snoqualmie Falls September 14, 2012.
The day started inside Salish Lodge & Spa as Didi and Eric got ready with their family including their furry children who were with them every step of the way.
After their first look on the grounds Salish Lodge & Spa, Didi and Eric set off to Snoqualmie Point Park for offsite photos with their photographers, Carino & Tam Photography & Design.
Back at Salish Lodge & Spa Didi and Eric said a few hello's to friends and family before resting up for the ceremony later that evening. At the same time guests arrived at Salish Lodge & Spa for a pre-ceremony cocktail hour featuring a wine toss game which gave them a chance to win a bottle of wine to take home as a partying favor that evening.
Following the pre-cocktail hour loved ones were seated outside amongst a patio that had been transformed into a vision of woodland beauty by Woodland Flowers. A candle and moss lined aisle led up to birch trees covered in lichen and orchids which would stand as the backdrop for the ceremony officiated by Rev. Ray Van Winkle.
During the processional, Didi's Maid of Honor (her mom) and Eric's Best Man (his father) escorted the couple's dogs down the aisle.
After the I Do's guests found their seats on a long table for 35 guests. A slideshow created by the bride and groom, toasts and a song played by the Father of the Groom who played the flamenco guitar as guests were enjoying the final course (Valrhona Chocolate Bombe) were scattered throughout the Epicurean Dinner.
The evening continued with dancing in The Falls Terrace Room and a bonfire on the Patio.
Congratulations Didi & Eric!
