As the day grew near, I relied on her more and more to keep the vendors organized and keep track of the timeline. During the wedding day itself, she kept everything running smoothly and called me twice to check in throughout the morning to make sure there were no glitches. At one point during the reception my husband and I realized we had no idea what to do next and needed to find her to ask. :) It was nice to know that we could relax and completely enjoy the event and our guests and not worry about the details.
Going into a wedding, I think most brides have no idea how complex things get trying to coordinate all members of the wedding party and the vendors. Hiring a coordinator seems like a luxury, but turns out to be relatively affordable - and also necessary unless you are having a fairly small wedding. BreeAnn was not only a good coordinator, but fun to work with. If I needed help with another event in the future I would love the chance to work with her again.
